What To Expect

When you get in touch, I will respond as soon as possible to arrange an initial meeting. This first meeting is an opportunity for us to explore together what has brought you to counselling and to identify how counselling may be able to help you.

You can choose to meet either face to face or online: this means by video, messaging, email, or phone. Due to the current restrictions, it may not be possible for us to meet face to face, however I am trained and experienced in working online and will do my best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

My working hours are flexible and I’m happy to arrange appointments at times that suit us both.

Sessions are usually arranged weekly and last around 50 minutes, however, I am happy to discuss frequency and length of sessions with you to best meet your individual needs.

Fees and Cancellations

The current fee is £45 per session.

I ask that you let me know as soon as possible If you are not able to make a session. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee is payable.

I offer my time, attention and respect to give you an opportunity to explore, discover and clarify ways of living more resourcefully and towards greater wellbeing.
